An Analog Girl in a Digital World
I watch a lot of TV.

What I will be watching this season:
Sunday - Desperate Housewives, The West Wing (Janeane Garofalo will guest star), Law & Order:CI (Vincent D'Onofrio), Charmed. I'll catch Cold Case in reruns
Monday - Medium
Tuesday - The Amazing Race
Wednesday - Lost, Veronica Mars
Thursday - Survivor: Guatemala, CSI
Friday - Numbers

The new shows I've watched so far:
- Bones: It stinks! I won't be watching it again.
- The War at Home: It was OK, but, I'm not a sitcom person.
- How I Met Your Mother: cute story, good characters, I try this because Alyson Hannigan is in the cast. I may watch it from time-to-time.
- Supernatural: This is the best new show I've seen so far. It looks like it will be campfire ghost stories made for TV - with two cute guys.
- Invasion: I just watched this. It is off to a good start. Think of it as Invasion of the Body Snatchers made for TV.

The new shows I plan to try:
- Close to Home: Lawyers and TV Guide liked it
- Commander and Chief: great cast, Geena Davis, Peter Coyote, Donald Sutherland
- E-Ring: I'm a sucker for shows about the federal government. (i.e. West Wing (Executive), First Monday (Supreme Court), Mister Sterling (Senate))

The shows I still miss:
- Buffy the Vampire Slayer ~of course~
- Firefly (those FOX bastards)
- Joan of Arcadia (those CBS bastards)
- L.A. Doctors (1998)
- Bakersfield, P.D. (1993) starring Ron Eldard and Giancarlo Esposito. Fox just kills the best shows.
- Nothing Sacred (1998) This show made me feel like a rainy day with a good book. Kind of sweet melancholy. The religious nut jobs attacked it and it never found an audience. I knew it was on it's way out when they started showing John Denver CD ads. My favorite episode was "Mixed Blessings". Where a very sad and bitter widower played by Barry Corbin (Maurice - of Northern Exposure) sang Ave Maria at his wife's funeral.
- Dragnet (2003) with Ed O'Neill as Lt. Joe Friday. I loved the opening theme. Ed O'Neill was great as Joe Friday.

I would love to see Bakersfield P.D. and Nothing Sacred again. according to TVTOME.com there are 5 un-aired episodes of Nothing Sacred.

What I watched in 2004.
