It's Better than Taking Vitamins  

I started walking regularly in May. I would walk with co-workers at dinner time. Where I work is pretty hilly and at first I would slow way down when we would start up the inclines.

By the middle of July I could tell I was much stronger. The real proof to me and to my husband was one weekend we visited a local botanical garden. This garden has lots of small paths that go up a steep hill. To both of our surprise I was bounding up those paths. Earlier in the year it had been work to walk on the main trails.

With the combination of walking and watching what I ate I also lost 10 pounds.
