Hidden Treasures
Last night I was going through some old 126 Instamatic negative from years ago. I discovered some pictures of my bedroom walls when I lived in Berkeley in the 1960s. I spent the rest of the night (until 5 a.m.) and most of today going through old negatives for any hidden treasures. I also had to learn how to use the negative feature on my scanner.

The pictures on the walls of my bedroom surprised me. There are so many thing I had forgotten about.

The nice thing about negatives is the color stay true over time. The nice thing about the scanner is the detail and clarity that I didn't get with the original prints.

Oh, my. I think I'm having a flashback. (-:

You know, it's just within the realm of the possible that you and I could have crossed paths in 1968. I was living north of Sacramento, but used to hitch down that way almost every weekend, and spent weeks at a time sleeping on the floors of friends (and strangers) and wandering the City.

The photo of the old gent looks hauntingly familiar, but I can't dredge up a name. Almost certainly a poster I remember seeing in head shops, though.
